- Tomato chopped – 2 nos
- Parsley Chopped 1 cup
- Black Olives cut into pieces 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black raisins ½ cup
- Fete Cheese 1cup
Preparation:
- Chop tomato, celery, Olives into small pieces. Add small pieces of fete cheese and raisins and olive oil and mix, add salt if necessary
- Chill and serve.
